This Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy applies to all orders placed through the VRAJ SURGICAL ecommerce platform. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read this page carefully before completing a purchase so that you understand how your order will be handled and what to do if something goes wrong.

Delivery Timeline

All orders placed by users are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company or postal norms.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authority. Product will be deliver in 7-10 business days. Delivery confirmation will be sent to the buyer’s registered email ID.

What we do not collect

If any shipping cost(s) are levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as applicable), they are non-refundable.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return for eligible products within this timeframe.

Refund Policy

Once a return is approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchange and Replacement
